Sabina Lange is Senior Lecturer in EU Governance at European Institute of Public Administration, Maastricht (The Netherlands), and Associate Professor in International Relations at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). As an EIPA trainer she focuses on decision-making processes in the EU institutions and in particular on the work of the Council and the Commission’s delegated powers. The world of ‘Delegated and Implementing Acts’ is also Sabina’s recent research focus. She has published articles, think-tank pieces and book chapters on various inter-institutional topics, in particular on the role of the Presidency of the Council, the effect of the Trio Presidency, and the European Parliament and the Delegated acts.
