Aaron McLoughlin

Aaron McLoughlin is the author or (with Alan Hardacre) co-author of 5 of the 11 chapters in this new edition. Aaron is a Senior Advisor at FleishmanHillard in Brussels where his work focuses on substance regulation, environmental policy, regulatory decision-making, and fisheries. A lobbyist and campaigner in Brussels for over twenty years, he has served as the Head of Public Affairs at CEFIC as well as Head of WWF’s European Marine Programme. He has worked in DG Environment on waste and air pollution legislation and for two British Labour MEPs on passing legislation on fisheries and air pollution. He teaches and blogs on EU decision-making, lobbying and fisheries.
